Not long after 2000 hours, Engine and Tower 27 were transmitted to assist Station 26 (Perkasie) on a building fire at the Peking Wok restaurant in the Perkasie Square shopping center. The owner called reporting the sign above the business was on fire and was unable to secure the power. Tower 27 arrived first, took the front of the building, and began trying to secure the sign. Engine 26 arrived a short time after and worked to locate the breaker to the sign. The fire was out on arrival and crews were available once the breaker to the sign was located.
