1948 Hahn
The Department ordered this Hahn pumper in June 1946, but it did not arrive until April 1948.
In late 1973/early 1974, the Department purchased and received a used American La France Ladder truck and a used John Bean high pressure demonstrator pumper, replacing the 1948 Hahn. After discussions with the U.S. Gauge Company located in town if they wanted to buy it, it was voted on to donate the Hahn to a fire company in need. During the July 10th, 1974 meeting, it was reported that the 1948 Hahn was going to be donated to the Locust Gap Fire Company located in Northumberland County, PA.
At some point prior to 1976, the apparatus was then sold to the Aristes Fire Company in Columbia County, PA, which isn't far from Locust Gap.
