Fire prevention is important in every day of every month, but we focus our efforts and spread our message in October. This year was no different, as we traveled to many day cares, pre-schools, and elementary schools in our area. Our Fire Prevention Committee interacted with 1,117 students and 159 adults during scheduled activities over the past two weeks. It is unknown how many more we connected with during several open houses we attended.
