In January 2022, our department was dispatched to 30 emergencies in Sellersville and the surrounding community. We were dispatched to a variety of calls, including a building fire, two dwelling fires, four vehicle accidents, and assisting EMS five times. SFD units relocated to other fire stations twice, and there were six times when our apparatus was recalled while enroute to the scene, or our services were not needed. Our average number of personnel at the scene for all calls was seven, and our members participated in six different training classes and drills for a total of 141.5 hours. Total man hours of service for the month was 225.32.
