Ten minutes before noon on Friday, December 30th, Engine 27 was dispatched on Tactical Box 58-03 for the report of a dwelling fire in the 1000 block of Allentown Road. As initial units arrived on scene, they discovered a fire in an attached garage that was quickly spreading to the house.

Engine and Chief 27 assisted in fire attack, ventilation, and overhaul before the fire was placed under control. Fire police assisted with traffic control in the area while fire trucks blocked the road. SFD units were on scene for over an hour before returning.
